Should there be any delays, particularly during busy periods like Christmas or bank holidays, we'll be sure to keep you in the loop.
Order Tracking:
After your order has been sent on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to keep tabs on your parcel's progress and know precisely when to expect it.
Exclusions and
We are dedicated to your satisfaction with every purchase at DIY Tools by GreatCircleUK. You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return if you're not entirely pleased.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to proceed with the return.
Initiating a Return

Returns dispatched back to us without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Be aware, return processing times may vary for customers within the United Kingdom.

Restocking Fee for Buyer's Remorse - Effective 24 October 2023
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns processed due to buyer's remorse, which will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this fee, ensure the item is in its unused condition and contained within its original packaging. Returns exhibiting signs of use upon inspection may lead to a denied refund.
Free Returns with 'Buy with Prime'
Maximise your shopping experience by opting for 'Buy with Prime' at checkout, enjoying a 30-day return window free from restocking fees, alongside our commitment to free shipping on all orders. Returns made without using 'Buy with Prime' are subject to a 15% restocking fee for buyer's remorse.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
Some items, marked as "Final Sale" on their listings, including Clearance, Refurbished/Pre-Owned, and Discontinued products, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive in a defective or damaged state. Make sure you are certain about your decision before purchasing these items as they are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure satisfaction is to return the item you have and make a new purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet after 15 business days of getting approval, please contact us at service@greatcircleus.com.

Our offer of free delivery extends across the British Isles. However, please be aware that delivery times might be a bit longer for certain remote areas. We aim to be as clear as possible about delivery times at checkout.
